webFitForAll is a project run by Thess-AHALL (www.aha-livinglabs.com) which introduces a collaborative serious gaming platform as a service, composed of software toolkits that integrates common serious games functionalities. It enables third parties to build and commercialise serious games (SG) in an agile, stable and standardised way. Its main objective is twofold. To develop and bring to the market a platform, handling all the SG common hardware and software processes (score, difficulty, controllers and devices, etc.), in order to accelerate and streamline the work of developers and researchers. Thus, they can focus only on the game logic and start making profit as long as their games are available and played within the community (marketplace with registered seniors).

From a business model standpoint, the beta releases of each SG will be advertised for free to all the registered seniors, across the trans-national network of users. The seniors will provide their feedback to get gaming points and prizes (through campaigns of social impact –http://aha-livinglabs.com/articleslinks/playforcampaigns.html). Their feedback is then collected and forwarded back to the researchers’ community. This crowdsourced set of serious gaming resources will provide HealthCare professionals with a plethora of available games so as to work on more effective protocols. webFitForAll promotes co-creation of serious games by bringing together all stakeholders early enough. Other Living Labs can get in or out at any time with more than one roles, ranging from engaging seniors as a pilot site to collaborating with other Living Labs on SG co-creation methodologies The business plan takes into account all stakeholders to ensure sustainability. The project runs with the support and infrastructure of the Lab of Medical Physics (http://medphys.med.auth.gr) of the Aristotle University of Thessaliniki, in Greece.
